2. Subscriptions & Billing

Pricing and billing details are shown at checkout.

Access may be suspended for non-payment.

To use ATS automation modules, you must provide valid Binance API keys in your own account.

3. Refunds & Cancellation

4. Acceptable Use

• No misuse, scraping, or redistribution.
• No abuse or security attacks.
• Do not attempt to access restricted areas.
• Do not use API keys with withdrawal permissions for automation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials are owned by the provider.

6. Third-Party Data

Third-party data is provided "as is" without warranties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Use is at your own risk. The client controls API keys, permissions, and execution activation. We are not liable for losses.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Governing law: Laws of Spain. Jurisdiction: Courts of Madrid, Spain.
